Celebrating a showcase of 13 short films exclusively from the Top of the South Island, the Maungatapu Heartland Screening includes German drama in the Wrong Assumptions, the Tarantino-esque Quicksand, and the confronting confessions of a sufferer of epileptic seizures in A Little Shaky.
The same films will screen on both Friday and Saturday’s session. Saturday’s screenings are concluded with a short award ceremony in recognition of filmmaking excellence.
